Herds are only allowed in the Lands of Hope.
Requirements
1. If there is an open herd land for claim. Or if the leader has been inactive without an away notice for three weeks or more you may claim it by posting a claim.
2. In the claim you must post a desc of the land under your claiming post. Do not just desc the land inside the claiming post and expect admins or mods to fish it out of there. If there is no desc under the post the claim doesn't count.
3. Herd leader must post in the herd at least once a week.
How to get one
After the claim is posted, post on the herd update thread with the information asked.
